PI Biography
Prof. Ni received his PhD degree from the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2016. After four years of post-doctoral training at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, he joined the Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine as a full professor in 2020. Prof. Ni is currently a principal investigator of Shanghai Institute of Traumatology and Orthopaedics with joint appointment in Ruijin Hospital and Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.
Prof. Ni has published >100 papers including Science, Nature Nanotechnol., Nature Comm, Nature Biomed. Eng., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Adv. Mater., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Acc. Chem. Res., Chem. Soc. Rev. etc. Prof. Ni has authored >40 conference abstracts and has given more than 20 conference presentations. His work has received extensive attention (Citations: >10000; H-index: 45). Prof. Ni has been Associate Editor for Journal of Nanobiotechnology (IF=10.2), guest-edited a special topic for Frontiers in Chemistry, served on the Editorial Board of some scientific journals, and performed peer-review for >30 journals.
